Anthony, with over 11 years of property management experience, is known for his hands-on leadership, deep local knowledge, and unwavering dedication to his clients.

Brendan, a former NFP fundraising leader turned marketing-savvy property manager, brings an unmatched level of detail, empathy, and innovative thinking to the team.

Our Involvement With The Arts

Ethel + Florence has always believed that a home is more than bricks, glass and a view. It is also texture, colour, light, and the feeling a space leaves behind when you walk through it.

Our New Farm office has been designed with that philosophy in mind. By day it operates as the working headquarters of Ethel + Florence. At the same time, it doubles as a rotating gallery space for Sydney artist Rebecca Pierce, bringing contemporary art directly into the rhythm of the neighbourhood.

The result is something slightly different from a traditional real estate office. Clients step into a space that feels alive, creative, and quietly curated, where conversations about property happen alongside conversations about art.

Rebecca Pierce OAM

Rebecca Pierce OAM is a multi-disciplinary artist and designer. In 2001, after two decades in the fashion, design, and licensing fields she commenced painting and exhibiting on a full-time basis. Her work, renowned for its saturated colour palette and unique structural qualities, is represented in corporate and private collections throughout Australia and internationally.

Rebecca's artistic practice primarily involves the use of paint, inks, resin and fine points on canvas and paper. Her desire to elicit sensory responses is honed through application and process. The highly contrasted textural elements interlaced with vibrant tones creates silhouettes that reveal depth and dimension. The interplay with light and dark through built up layers often elicits both a visual and tactile engagement with the audience.

Rebecca has been a finalist in prestigious art prizes such as the Glencore Percival Portrait Prize, the Mosman Art Prize, the Heysen Art Prize, the Fishers Ghost Art Prize, the Hawkesbury Art Prize, The Lester Prize, the ANL Maritime Art Prize, and the Hillview Sculpture Award.
